We offer you three convenient ways to return an item:

Fill out a return form and one of our team members will contact you.
Use our Chat Support to give us the information for your return.

After you request a return.

  • You will receive a confirmation E-mail and a ticket number to follow up on your return.
  • If you arrange to return your item via our Contact Center or Chat Support, a Return Label will be sent to the E-mail address associated with your account. The Return Label is good for the following seven days. Attach your return label to the package.
  • To track your return, you will be notified by E-mail if the product meets our the return conditions.

  • You will receive a return form that must be completed and included inside your package.

Return conditions.

  • All returned items must have their original labels, original packaging, accessories, promotional items and both items if it came as part of a pair.
  • The product must be clean and in good condition.
  • All returned items must include a Return Form. Returns take between 3 to 10 business days to be processed.
  • Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product has a manufacturing defect, then you have 60 days to return it.
  • Order a new product to exchange it for the one you are returning.

Please consider the following.

  • If the product is dirty, stained, damaged or seems to have been repaired, it will not qualify for a return. For hygienic purposes we cannot accept returns on underwear bottoms.
  • If the product was misused, it was not used according to the instructions or it underwent an unauthorized modification, it will not qualify for a return.
