We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original box and packaging

  • All tags must still be attached

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Defective Items

If an item is defective or damaged, you have 60 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Return Process

To start a return request, please submit your request through our return portal using your customer account and order number.

Our team will review the request and, if approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of similar value, provided the returned item meets the eligibility conditions.

Once the return request is approved, our team will provide instructions to complete the exchange.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

If your return is approved, you will receive store credit or a gift card for the value of the returned item.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase in our store.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved and the store credit will be issued accordingly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
